Will you ship to locations outside of the United States?

Yes! We have shipped our products to over 15 countries all over the world. During the order process simply select your country from the list. Please note in most cases there is a shipping charge that applies because we have to physically ship your order from the Post Office and fill out appropriate customs forms. If your country is not located and you would like to make a purchase please email us at sales@palmacollection.com.

What are your shipping terms?

  • We offer FREE shipping in the United States!
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped we will provide you with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number via e-mail.
  • Order processing may take up to 72 hours.

What is your return policy?

You may return undamaged and unworn goods within 21 days (from when you receive the goods). You may choose a full refund or store credit. If you choose a refund we will return the cost of the product(s) including tax to your PayPal account.

Please contact us at sales@palmacollection.com or give us a ring at (858) 412-0980 before returning any items and we will provide you with our shipping address and a return authorization number to expedite the return process. Please note that you must pay for return shipping charges.
