Palma Collection reviewed by Goodies for Mom

posted 2008 Jun by Dev [Palma Staff]

Common Ground magazine

We’re getting some more great reviews – this time from Goodies for Mom. Here’s what they had to say about our Begum necklace:

”The photo really does not do it justice. The earthy feel of this necklace is a definite attention grabber, and I receive several compliments from people the first time I wore it. It is very sturdy when little ones are tugging on it and believe me when I tell you my two year old put it to the test. He was totally entralled by it and just loved rubbing the smooth surface.”

We really liked to reading the interview with KT Tunstall in the magazine feature on her and this choice quote from KT: “The issue of the environment transcends all faiths, all colors, all backgrounds.” – We totally agree and it was awesome to read about KT’s interest in environmental issues.

Green LA Girl reviews Palma Collection necklace
We’re happy to see another positive review of our fair-trade and sustainable tagua jewelry. This time its from Siel a.k.a Green LA Girl. Looks like she plans to wear one of our necklaces today when she goes out for happy hour – we’d love to hear what people think of it!

Green LA Girl also highlights an important feature of Palma Collection necklaces – they’re vegan friendly.

”The straps on my necklace look sort of like leather, but vegans can relax — they’re actually cotton made to look like suede.”

Victoria E, a writer for Green Options, had some positive things to say about Palma Collection and our jewelry in her review published last week.

”...you barely notice that you are wearing anything until someone stops and says, “hey, great necklace!” (I can’t even begin to tell you how many times that has happened in the past week.)”

”Other than the impeccable, vivid colors I was greeted with, the most arresting characteristic is how lightweight tagua nut jewelry is.”

”...natural ingredients and dyes, fair labor, “uber” stylish, comfortable for everyone.”
